Job Description
3. Provide administrative support to the team
4. Assist in the organisation of events and campaigns
5. Maintain accurate records of donations and activities
6. Liaise with donors and other stakeholders on a regular basis
7. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes
8. Support the wider Secretarial & Business Support department as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful administrator should have:
9. Excellent organisational and administrative skills
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
11. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
12. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
13. An understanding of the charity sector
