What Youll Do: As a Calibration Test Engineer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving testing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal quality requirements. Your key responsibilities will include: Calibration & Testing Perform detailed calibration, testing, and troubleshooting of sensors, instruments, and electronic measurement equipment to ensure accuracy and performance. Process Development Enhance and refine calibration methodologies, optimizing procedures to improve efficiency and reliability. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensure all test equipment meets regulatory and company specifications, following ISO standards and internal quality procedures. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret test results, maintaining accurate documentation to support traceability and compliance. Troubleshooting & Fault Diagnosis Identify and resolve issues with sensors and instruments, providing technical expertise to rectify faults and prevent recurrence. Collaboration & Support Work closely with engineering, R&D, and production teams to provide technical support, contribute to new product development, and ensure seamless integration of calibrated equipment. What Were Looking For: To succeed in this role, youll need a combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and hands-on problem-solving ability. Were looking for someone with: Technical Knowledge: Experience in calibration, test engineering, or electronic measurement, with an understanding of sensor technologies, instrumentation, and metrology principles. Hands-On Experience: Familiarity with calibration standards (ISO 17025 or equivalent), as well as using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and environmental chambers. Problem-Solving Skills: A methodical approach to troubleshooting, diagnosing faults, and improving test processes. Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are crucial, as you will be working with sensitive instruments and ensuring reliable results. Data Analysis Abilities: Experience in recording, analyzing, and interpreting calibration data to identify trends and optimize processes.
