An exciting opportunity has arisen for anyone looking for a challenge, to join the team at the Airbus Support Centres UK based in RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire. Reporting to the Part-145 Support Maintenance Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Create component assets and link associated airworthiness data
2. Accurately enter and update maintenance data into the digital system
3. Review and verify maintenance records for completeness and accuracy
4. Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely data entry
5. Generate and distribute maintenance reports as required
6. Assist in the development and maintenance of digital data entry procedures
7. Perform regular audits of digital records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
8. Manage tasks and projects as delegated by management
Skill Set
Essential
1. Proficiency with data entry software and digital record-keeping systems
2. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent communication skills
5. Manage tasks and projects effectively
Desirable
1. Previous experience in aircraft maintenance or aviation data management
2. Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards
3. Advanced skills in Google Office Suite, particularly sheets
The requirements of the role require you to be able to satisfy the security clearance requirements necessary for access to a UK military establishment and work in a security-sensitive environment.
