Whatyou'll do
As a PricingManager, you’ll be driving engagement with businessheads and function partners to help manage the pricing portfoliosin line with the executive committee’s strategy and risk appetite.You’ll play a key role in driving pricing education andunderstanding, working with the function head to present andprovide training across the teams.
Along with this,you’ll support screening large transactions so that they fit withour strategy, pricing, tenor, hold levels andreturns.
You’ll alsobe:
* Supporting theteam on pricing related issues
* Providingpricing information on largetransactions
* Working with senior team membersto produce advice and guidance for teams on pricing related marketinsights
* Providing insight on internal andexternal pricing benchmarks
* Providing input tobalance sheet, capital, sector and asset class budgeting andforecasting
Theskills you'll need
To succeedin this role, you’ll need to have industry pricing experiencegained in a regulatory and commercial environment. As you’ll beengaging with senior stakeholders on a daily basis, we’ll look toyou to bring strong communication and interpersonalskills.
You’ll also beneed:
* A backgroundof working in teams engaged in relationship management andportfolio management activities
* Experience ofportfolio pricing and capital management tools andtechniques
* Knowledge of the relevant legalpolicies, regulatory obligations and riskmanagement
