Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business leads and identify sales opportunities.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with trade professionals, including kitchen designers, builders, and interior designers.
3. Provide expert advice on our Quartz, Porcelain, Corian, and Glass Splashback products.
4. Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
5. Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling strategies.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, interiors, or home improvement industry.
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
5. Full UK driving license.
