Job description:
1. Perform various types of administrative functions in an organisation.
2. Complete clerical and administrative tasks for an office.
3. Provide support to colleagues, including handling correspondence and preparing documents.
4. Manage communication channels, such as phone calls and email.
Skills:
1. Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
2. Previous experience of data input and admin duties (Essential).
3. Customer service experience.
4. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy (Essential).
6. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office).
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday – 19:00-03:30
Location: Coventry, CV8
