Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement motion systems, including mechanism design, motor integration, and mechanical system implementation.
* Work with SolidWorks and simulation tools to develop and refine designs.
* Support rapid prototyping using 3D printing and light machining.
* Assemble and test robotic systems, iterating designs as needed.
* Collaborate with engineers across mechanical, electronics, and software disciplines to develop complete robotic solutions.
* Engage in hands-on debugging and testing using oscilloscopes, power supplies, and PCB assembly techniques.
Key Skills & Experience
Required:
✅ Demonstrable experience in motion system design, motor integration, and mechanism design.
✅ Strong knowledge of mechanical system development within defined form factors.
✅ Hands-on experience with light machining and 3D printing.
✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of full product lifecycle.
Preferred:
➕ SolidWorks, including PDM and CAM.
➕ Experience with ECAD (Altium), analogue/digital electronics, PCB assembly.
➕ Hands-on debugging using test equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.).
➕ Embedded software experience (Python, C++, ROS2) for automation and system integration.
Why Join?
