Main Purpose of Job The Resident Engagement Coordinator is responsible for contributing to the production of high quality, bespoke resident engagement strategies across a portfolio of high-rise buildings. This role involves working closely with a number of key stakeholders in order to create a tailored approach to each strategy that will enhance the overall engagement of residents and create and nurture a sense of community. The Resident Engagement Coordinator will support strong client relationships, as well as maintain positive relationships with managing agents and housing associations. Position in Organisation This role reports to the Resident Engagement Manager. Main Responsibilities Contribute to the production of consistently high-quality engagement strategies Develop and tailor each engagement strategy, based on resident and client feedback Encourage and propose new and innovative recommendations for resident engagement, to be agreed with managing agents, to increase response rates and overall satisfaction Continuously provide feedback and suggestions to support the development of the engagement process to ensure it is effective and relevant Collaborate with managing agents and the wider building safety team to ensure service consistency across Innovus Building Safety Support strong client relationships Maintain accurate records – ensuring accurate completion numbers in order to reflect proposed billing Contribute to accurate and thorough progress reporting, to include completed and in progress strategies Stay up to date with legislation changes in relation to building safety, and more specifically, resident engagement. Technical Skills and experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word Understanding of leasehold management is desirable Understanding of building safety requirements for resident engagement is desirable Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to promoting diversity at Innovus and recruit on merit.
