This includes programmes such as Career Development programmes (currently known as Accelerated Development - e.g. Spring/Leap/Embrace) or Talent Pipeline programmes. They ensure a seamless experience for delegates and the business, and have a lead role in evaluating the success of each cohort. Talent Programme Delivery leads are responsible for designing innovative content & delivery methods that ensure programmes can be delivered on a wide scale, while maintaining high quality participant experience and outcomes. They work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders (including programme sponsors, supporters and regional delivery teams), to identify requirements and develop solutions that benefit both programme participants and the business. HO Talent Programme Delivery Leads are expected to be able to continuously improve programme design/delivery, seeking opportunities to problem solve, and apply research/best practice to deliver a modern, high-quality service. A key part of the role is exercising judgement to balance participant, stakeholder and business requirements.
