First Call Talent Solutions are looking to recruit a number of Self Employed Business Development Executives to help develop our clients services across the country.
Our client is a nationally recognised leading provider of financial advice for serving military personnel and they offer professional advice in areas such as life insurance, critical illness cover, mortgages and insurances.
Ideally candidates will come from a financial services background, hold the RO5 qualification, and have a strong business development background.
This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis and has immediate interviews and starts available in Plymouth.
Candidate Duties:
* Promoting company products and services and understanding clients' specific product requirements.
* Arranging and attending business-to-business sales meetings.
* Research and analysis of current insurance market trends.
* Building lasting business relationships with new and existing clients.
* Managing a daily, weekly, and monthly sales pipeline and diary.
* Following a sales and compliance process in line with company standards.
Candidate Experience:
* Background or experience in insurance and financial products, including new business development and account management.
* Strong background in either a telesales or face-to-face sales role, gained within the insurance and finance sector.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent negotiation skills.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; however, an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods and to attend sales meetings.
Due to the nature of the role, candidates must have their own vehicle.
