The role: We are looking for an Ward Clerk to join our team at Rivers Hospital, based in Sawbridgeworth. As the Ward Clerk, you will be expected to be a part of our busy Ward and Admin team. You will be dealing with our computer system - Maxims, as well as ensuring contemporaneous medical folders while patients are in with us. You will also be expected to answer the phone to patients and visitors and be able to field the calls appropriately. You will ensure that all admin processes are adhered to in a timely and professional manner. On a daily basis you will keep patient's paperwork up to date, accurate and support the wider Ward team with effectively managing all admin for the department.
