Maintenance Electrician
Location: Mobile, Hull Schools
Contract: Full time, permanent.
Hours: 40 hours week, Monday to Friday, shift patterns between 6am and 6pm and On Call rota covering 24/7/365

Your new role
What you’ll do:
1. Ensure that the Facilities are maintained to the levels specified in the Performance Standards of the Project Agreement between RFM and our client(s).
2. Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance work either independently or as assistant to a maintenance tradesperson on:
3. Service and repair of lighting and power distribution systems.
4. Reactive repairs to all types of lighting systems and power distribution systems.
5. Service and repair of motors and pumps.
6. Competent on BMS control systems
7. Competent PAT tester
8. Undertake maintenance duties in such a manner as to support the objectives of the Client.
About you:
To be successful in your application, you will be a qualified Electrician with reasonable experience in a maintenance role within a commercial setting. City & Guilds or equivalent qualification required including 18th Edition and AM2 Practical Skills Assessment. You will have experience in electrical power distribution systems, and preferred experience in electrical testing. Valid UK Driving Licence required.
The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS Check before starting in the job.
