We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Teacher of Science (Biology) for September 2025. We would consider both full and part-time applications.
The successful candidate will be confident in teaching across all three Sciences in years 7 and 8 and Biology at GCSE level. An ability to teach A level would be an advantage.
The Science department aims to encourage pupils to achieve high standards and applicants will need to demonstrate strong subject knowledge, contagious enthusiasm for their subject and an effective, nurturing teaching style.
This position would suit an experienced teacher looking for a new challenge or an ECT to whom excellent support will be given.
Sciences are taught in the Sir Sydney Camm building; a state-of-the-art facility which houses nine purpose-built Science labs and dedicated preparation rooms for each subject. The successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming department, supported by a strong team of Science technicians
