Labourer Salary: £24,326.64 per year Salary effective from Jan 1 st 2025 Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Norfolk & surrounding areas Ref: IP336 The purpose of this post is to provide labouring and groundwork support, minor repairs, void clearance and assisting the hard landscaping team in their day-to-day duties. Key responsibilities: As part of this role, your key responsibilities will be to… Assist operatives in carrying out groundwork, fencing, labouring and assisting on general repairs. Help arrange the delivery of products needed to carry out works. Work on your own initiative to ensure that 'call backs' to repairs are minimised and that 'fix right first time' repairs are maximised. Undertake any other duties within the delivery team, such as voids or planned work as and when required. Be available for Orwell's 'on call' rota, to respond to emergency repairs out of hours as requested. Maintain lock ups and yards once a week as directed.
