Job Description:
As the UK’s largest choice of properties for sale and to rent, our aim is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join our team.
Location: Remote
Reporting to: Area Director
The Role
We are looking for individuals with experience in both new business development and account management, primarily targeting and acquiring commercial agents in a designated area to advertise their properties on Rightmove. You will also manage existing accounts to grow revenue and ensure product saturation on the site, primarily through face-to-face activities. You should have a drive to overachieve KPIs and seek personal and professional development within a new business sector at Rightmove.
What you'll be doing
* Achieving sales revenue targets & activity levels
* Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to converting new business opportunities
* Delivering first-class account management with regular review meetings and upselling products
* Ensuring clients understand Rightmove products & pricing, and delivering value-added solutions
* Interpreting data to help clients understand their business and market
* Liaising with support functions like Customer Services and Finance for billing and administration
* Collaborating with TAM and NBC to maximize opportunities
* Attending monthly regional and national meetings
* Managing external relationships and resolving customer queries and disputes
* Representing Rightmove values positively and supporting team development
