Employment Specialist - Fixed Term 12 Months
This is a full-time position; however, we are open to discussion regarding part-time hours.

About the role...
We are seeking an Employment Specialist to work within the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) team based in Selby. The IPS team helps to find meaningful jobs for people we support that suit their skills, abilities, and experience.

About you…
* Experience or an understanding of working with people with substance misuse issues, or similar groups.
* Experience of working with people on a one-to-one basis, offering motivation and support.
* Empathy with those with substance misuse needs.
* The ability to build good relationships with a range of different people, from employers to clients.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
* A passion for making a difference to people's lives.
* A degree-level education, or equivalent career experience.
