Business Analyst - Learning Management System / Human Resource Information System - £450 per day Outside IR35
My Midlands based client are looking for a Business Analyst with extensive Learning Management System / Human Resource Information System implementation experience on a contract basis. You will be the go-to dedicated Business Analyst for the HR and LMS Implementation, the bridge between the HR stakeholders and the IT delivery team.
You will need
* Experience working with stakeholders at all levels, from C suite to end users.
* Recent project experience with Learning Management System and HRIS Implementations.
* Implementation of a full group wide HRIS including the implications of replacement of existing systems and integration's.
* Expert in requirements gathering at all levels. Process mapping and AS is to BE.
* Ability to facilitate workshops, meetings and surveys to ensure stakeholder requirements are captured and prioritised accordingly.
This role may include some travel to Lichfield once per week.
