Job Purpose To welcome visitors into the school and provide administrative and clerical functions for the school and its staff, ensuring that the services are provided in an efficient, effective and timely way and in compliance with the requirements of the group and the school senior leadership team. General Duties Safeguard and promote the welfare of pupils and young people To provide an effective, timely and confidential administration support to staff and managers as required To ensure that relevant records and documents are kept up to date and are stored securely and confidentially at all times To support other members of the Administration Team with work that requires extra members of staff to complete the tasks Operate at all times in accordance with Company policies and procedures, with particular reference to Safeguarding, Child Protection, Complaints and Representations and Behaviour Policies; Participate in training and take responsibility for personal development Participate in team meetings, supervisions and annual reviews in accordance with Company policy and the standards set by the Regulatory Body Work to promote the Site as a valued, professional asset within its community and to promote a culture that individuals and staff conduct themselves at all times in a manner that reinforces this image Ensure that all actions taken are in the interests of the pupils and the Company Essential GCSE or equivalent Experience working in a school environment Strong administration and communication skills System experience (highly desirable) Strong organisational and planning skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines To view the job description, please click here - Why join Options Autism?
