Job Information We are looking to recruit an experienced, hands-on and committed individual to join a friendly Facilities team. With a can-do attitude, you will be responsible for ensuring our office is maintained to high standard and comply with relevant statutory and regulatory standards. You will be part of a small and collaborative facilities and reception team that supports staff, visitors and contractors alike. You will have proven experience in a facilities role in an office environment or in a similar role with knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and checks. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding on heating, hot water and air conditioning systems as well maintaining facilities contracts. You are a team player but also enjoys working independently. You will have basic administration skills with accurate record keeping and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
