Location: Hybrid working Job Type: Full-time ⚕️ Reporting to: Patient Services Team Leader What You’ll Be Doing: Processing referrals from the NHS and patients via our bespoke system. Answering calls and handling queries from patients, therapists, and the public with empathy and professionalism. Managing patient contracts and escalating issues to the Customer Operations Team. Liaising with NHS services and building strong working relationships across teams. Producing high-quality documentation for patients and GP surgeries. Supporting projects, managing waiting lists, and ensuring service level agreements and KPIs are met. Adhering to strict information governance guidelines to maintain confidentiality and trust. What We’re Looking For: Essential Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service skills with a confident telephone manner. Solid IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and keen attention to detail. Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities. Desirable Experience: Previous customer service or patient-facing roles. Familiarity with NHS systems or large databases. Training in managing crisis situations. Personal Attributes: A team player who can also work independently. Highly organized with strong time management skills.
