Main duties of the job
As the Associate Director of Performance, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing performance management frameworks across the Trust. You will provide strategic direction and lead initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care aligned with NHS standards and targets.
We are looking for a strategic thinker and a performance-driven leader with a passion for healthcare excellence. You will have experience in performance management within the NHS or a similar setting, coupled with a strong understanding of NHS standards and regulations.

Person Specification
Experience and knowledge
1. Significant demonstrable experience of senior operational management
2. Experience of managing complex services and teams
3. Proven ability to manage change, service activity and development within complex organisations
Qualifications
1. Educated to Masters level or significant management experience
2. Evidence of CPD plus postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience
