Job Title: Head of HR - Products

What you’ll be doing:
* Collaborating with the line of business and product teams to execute the people strategy and implement people solutions, including organisational design, team development, and integration of functions to support business objectives and change programmes effectively.
* Leading employee engagement initiatives, working closely with unions and other employee organisations to foster a culture of collaboration and enhance overall engagement across the business.
* Analysing people data and trends to identify demands, inform decision-making, and deliver effective solutions in partnership with the centre, ensuring alignment with strategic business outcomes.
* Working with senior leadership to operationalise and integrate people processes aligned with business priorities, driving performance and ensuring seamless execution across projects in a unionised, manufacturing environment.
* Monitoring team performance, providing development opportunities, and promoting shared team values to build high-performing teams that deliver against strategic objectives.
* Advocating for innovative approaches to work, challenging the status quo to enhance competitiveness and efficiency, while supporting product innovation and advancing the Company’s technological and global market growth.
Your skills and experiences:
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with unions, fostering positive employee relations and aligning with organisational goals.
* Demonstrated expertise in partnering with and influencing senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
* Strategic Thinking and Coaching, ability to think strategically, provide people strategy insights, and coach leaders to drive organisational performance.
* Deep understanding of HR disciplines, thought leadership, and the ability to align strategies with external market standards and trends.
* Strong critical thinking and evidence-based decision-making abilities, with a capacity to analyse information from diverse sources.
* Chartered membership of CIPD or equivalent is preferred, alongside extensive experience in HR disciplines.
