Location: Swansea
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days from home during trial period)
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to Enquiries: Provide professional responses to policy holder enquiries and correspondence.
* Customer Support: Reassure and support customers through the claims process.
* Claims Investigation: Establish the circumstances of a claim and make necessary enquiries.
* Settlement Negotiation: Efficiently and economically negotiate claim settlements.
* Repair Coordination: Promote and ensure the use of our approved supply chain for vehicle repairs.
* Third-Party Claims: Pursue recovery of Underwriter's outlay or negotiate third-party claims.
* Product Knowledge: Build expertise in our products and services.
* Customer Liaison: Act as a key liaison, providing regular updates to customers throughout the claims process.
