Associate Strategy Partner Job title: Associate Strategy Partner Location: Leeds, London, Dublin Overview of the role: We have an exciting new role in our Technology Strategy team for an Associate Strategy Partner. You will partner with other team members and our business stakeholders to shape our regional Technology Strategy for the UK & Ireland. For example, this will include: Strategy Development : using our skills to bring clarity and structure to the big questions, and partnering with our customers to establish the optimum route forward including: Strategic Thinking; Complex Problem Definition; Creative Problem Solving; Strategy Evaluation & Design (Vision / Mission / Outcomes etc); Options Identification & Recommendations Operating Model Design : supporting our stakeholders to evaluate how capabilities are working together today and recommend changes to meet future business needs including: Current State Assessments; Capability Definition and Value Stream Mapping; Gap Analysis and Future State Requirements; Governance and Operating Principles; Future State Design; Playbooks Workforce Strategy : framing how we think about our people and their skills as our region goes through a periods of growth and change including: workforce planning, workforce sourcing and location strategy. You’ll be reporting to the Head of Strategy as part of a team who all share a passion for our products and an understanding of our customers’ behaviour. This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned. What you’ll do: Contribute to shaping our technology strategy by supporting strategic initiatives across the UKI region. Assist in analysing and documenting solutions through workshops, interviews, process descriptions, and other methodologies Support the creation of high-quality outputs, including proposals, reports, and updates, tailored to diverse audiences Help facilitate discussions on trade-offs and provide input on recommendations for strategic change initiatives Collaborate with team members to ensure expectations, outcomes, and impacts of strategic initiatives are well-communicated and understood Develop trusted working relationships with senior stakeholders across the UKI Region Provide hands-on support to the Strategy Partners team in delivering the team’s objectives What you’ll bring: 3 years experience in a strategy, analysis, or consulting role, ideally within a global or fast-paced organisation Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an eagerness to build relationships and collaborate across teams Strong storytelling skills with the ability to keep things simple, succinct and meaningful for our stakeholders both verbally and in writing (slideware / whiteboard etc) Strong critical thinking, analysis, problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills Ability to proactively work to exacting timeframes. Exposure to Target State Operating Model Design or similar frameworks is beneficial but not essential A strong appetite to learn and grow, with openness to feedback and development opportunities It’s ok if you don’t think you tick every box on this list.
