French speaking Inside Sales Representative
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: up to £34,000 OTE

The Company:
A leading global designer and manufacturer with headquarters in the UK and offices across the US, South Africa, Australia, China, and Germany, providing product support and efficient delivery to a worldwide distribution network.
Main Duties:
- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Generate new business opportunities
- Achieve sales targets
- Provide sales support while maintaining accurate CRM records
The Role:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to support and expand dealer relationships
- Manage existing and potential customer portfolios, driving new business opportunities
- Provide sales support to business development and external sales teams
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Generate leads and maintain a sales pipeline via CRM
- Submit sales reports, forecasts, and market insights
- Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product catalogue
The Candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Additional fluency in German, Spanish or Italian would be advantageous
- Experience in inside sales or a call centre environment
- Hunter mentality with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Scale industry experience and bilingual abilities are a plus
The Salary:
Up to £30,000 + £4,000 Bonus
