We are a privately owned accountancy firm located in Glossop Town Centre. We are looking for a motivated, organised individual with a willingness to learn to join our team.
This is a full-time, office-based role due to the nature of the role and the tasks needing to be completed. Full training will be provided.
Job Type:
* Permanent, Full Time, 40 hours per week
Schedule:
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
Duties:
* Reception Duties – answering the phone, transferring calls, sending emails, taking messages, and answering the door etc.
* Client Liaison
* Client Onboarding
* Maintaining the cabinet filing system
* Maintaining a clean and organised office space
* Maintaining Stationery Stock Levels
* Holiday Scheduling
* Data Entry
* Postal Duties
* Other ad hoc Administration and PA duties
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:
* Highly organised and flexible
* Ability to multi-task
* Reliable and punctual
* Accurate and detail oriented
* Self-motivated and organised
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
* GCSE Level English Language A*- C / 4-9 or Equivalent
* GCSE Level Maths A*- C / 4-9 or Equivalent
Desirable:
* Experience of using Microsoft Word (1 year)
* Experience of using Microsoft Excel (1 year)
