A leading transport organisation is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to spearhead a key workstream within their Passenger Assistance Improvement Programme — a high-visibility, business-critical initiative focused on transforming customer service and delivering operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the charge in operationalising the passenger assist resource model across the business.
Develop & deliver robust project plans, ensuring timelines, milestones, and objectives are achieved.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and communications like a pro.
Collaborate closely with regional and operational teams to embed new, effective ways of working.
