About the Role
As Founder’s Associate, you will be the CEO’s right hand—effectively an extension of their role—working closely with the founding team and taking ownership of key strategic, operational, and tactical initiatives. This position is perfect for someone early in their career, with experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, or BCG) and a passion for startups. Joining as one of the first dozen hires, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping scale the business while gaining unparalleled exposure to high-level decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Strategic Support: Collaborate with the CEO on high-priority initiatives, including strategic analysis, partnerships, and go-to-market execution.
* Operational Excellence: Streamline internal processes, oversee administrative tasks, and ensure team operations run smoothly.
* Partnership Management: Lead key partnership relationships, ensuring maximum value and alignment with company goals.
* Creative Branding: Support marketing and branding efforts, contributing innovative ideas to elevate the company’s public presence.
* Pipeline Development: Assist with deal progression and ensure consistent follow-through on client interactions.
* Team Collaboration: Act as an energetic team motivator, fostering enthusiasm and momentum across the company.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2–4 years of experience, ideally with time in strategy consulting (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG preferred) or similar roles in high-growth environments.
* Skills:
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and strategic thinking.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to manage client and partner relationships effectively.
