You will be: motivated, with bags of enthusiasm; someone flexible who has a nurturing attitude and is solution focussed able to consistently demonstrate the confidence and ability to manage children in a positive and friendly manner able to demonstrate sound mathematics and literacy skills (GCSE or equivalent in English and Mathematics is essential), alongside other relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 3) experienced with regards to working with children in a learning environment, and supporting pupils with SEND able to use initiative, work as part of a team and have a good sense of humour an excellent communicator, creative and passionate about helping children be the best they can be.
