You will play a key role in expanding MDC Precision's market presence by identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries\n\n * Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges\n\n * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions\n\n * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets\n\n * Represent MDC Precision at industry events, conferences, and trade shows\n\n * Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities\n\nThe Successful Applicant\n\nThe successful Business Development Manager will have:-\n\n * A proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in precision manufacturing, semiconductor, aerospace, or related fields)\n\n * Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills\n\n * The ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic growth plans\n\n * Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset\n\n * A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)\n\n * The flexibility to travel extensively across the UK.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nAt MDC Precision, you'll have the opportunity to work with an industry leader in precision manufacturing, driving innovation and growth in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
