About the role: Develop and manage a portfolio of local and national accounts, identifying and converting new business leads. Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and client engagement evenings. Collaborate with the Sales Office Manager and wider sales team to drive business growth. Analyse reports and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. Work closely with Hilton AOS and HWS to maximise cross-sell opportunities. Oversee CRM systems, social media, marketing, and PR strategies in alignment with brand standards. Partner with the Food & Beverage team to enhance awareness and sales in the local market. Drive sales culture within the hotel and support community and charity initiatives. Ensure customer satisfaction through direct engagement, feedback collection, and service enhancement. Maintain GDPR compliance and uphold the highest standards of professionalism and guest security. About you: Proven experience in a similar sales role within the hospitality industry. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. A track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
