About the Role
Are you passionate about promoting books that inspire young minds? We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to champion our range of children’s fiction and non-fiction. This is a permanent position within our trade and consumer marketing team.
Role Overview:
As part of our Children’s and Home Learning marketing team, you will drive marketing initiatives for our front and backlist fiction, as well as non-fiction and reading resources for ages 5+. Based in Oxford, you will work from the office 2 days a week, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authors, agents, and marketing/PR agencies.

* Previous marketing experience in an education or trade publisher
* Ability to interrogate customer and marketing data and generate insights
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team working skills
* Innovative and creative
* Experience of managing a budget
* Ability to prioritize a heavy workload with maximum attention to detail
* Experience of managing projects
* Previous experience marketing to consumers, specifically booksellers and parents
* Knowledge of the trade and consumer market
