About the role:
1. Meet and Greet every customer in a professional manner.
2. Engage with our customers to ensure they understand our site.
3. Assist customers with any enquiries.
4. Notify relevant departments/colleagues of appointments.
5. Ensure customers are being seen in a timely fashion.
6. Ensure all customer waiting areas/play area remain clean and tidy.
7. Assist the Showroom Management Team as required.
8. Work closely with the Showroom Management Team to feedback on common issues with a view to rectifying common trends.
About you:
You will have a passion for working with people and want to consistently deliver an exceptional level of customer service. This combined with organisational skills, a pro-active attitude to work and an understanding of the importance of attention to detail. You will also want to lead our reception team to glory ensuring every customer leaves with a smile on their face.
Skills required:
1. A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
2. Ability to lower barriers with customers.
3. Experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
4. Manage a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.
Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a rota. This will include the weekend when we experience our busiest days.
