Key Responsibilities: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients. Achieve sales targets and oversee order management. Resolve client issues and collaborate with internal teams for process improvement. Stay informed about industry trends and provide market insights. Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and execute promotions, ensuring consistent brand representation. Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize marketing strategies. Provide training and support to the sales team on marketing initiatives. Plan and coordinate in-store activations and events for enhanced brand visibility. Identify and research potential new retailers, expanding the wholesale network. Drive revenue growth and contribute to the national market presence Merchandising: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure optimal product placement and visibility within retail spaces. Provide insights and feedback from the field to contribute to product assortment decisions and display strategies. Monitor and analyze merchandising effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements as needed. ? Work with wholesale and retail partners to implement merchandising plans that align with both the company and customers’ objectives. Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all merchandising materials and displays. The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in trade marketing, account management, or related roles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
