We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker’s with specialised training in medication administration and epilepsy care to join our dynamic team.
As a Support Worker at ASA Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with epilepsy and other medical needs. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, administering medication, monitoring, and responding to epilepsy-related incidents, and promoting overall well-being and independence for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients with epilepsy and other needs.
Administer medication as prescribed, ensuring accurate dosage and timely delivery.
Monitor clients for any changes in their condition and respond appropriately to epilepsy-related incidents.
Assist clients with daily activities, including dressing, and meal preparation.
Promote independence and support clients in achieving their personal goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
What we need from you:
Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar role.
Trained in medication administration and epilepsy care.
Understanding of epilepsy and the ability to respond to seizures appropriately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
