A dynamic and supportive commercial property management firm is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join their team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. The firm manages a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK, including city centre Class A offices, local retail units, and industrial estates. This role offers a varied and exciting work environment with a strong emphasis on personal and supportive client relationships. Role Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and growing their knowledge and experience in commercial property management. They will take responsibility for their own clients, be a real team player, and be willing to travel regularly throughout Scotland and occasionally the wider UK. Qualifications Required: Full driving licence At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the commercial property sector Skills Required: Good communication skills (written and verbal) Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking abilities Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining and developing client relationships Attention to detail Team working Proficient in using IT equipment and software packages (e.g., MS Office) Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants regarding day-to-day commercial property management Support the Client Finance team with utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing Conduct site management and safety inspections Contribute to internal operations, such as process improvement and office management Career Progression and Development: Our client values continual professional development and is committed to enhancing the skills and knowledge of its team members.
