We believe that data is at the heart of every great decision—and we’re looking for a Data Analyst (Data Scientist) who’s ready to help us make informed, innovative choices across Strategy, Technology, Operations, Finance, and People & Culture.
What You’ll Do: As our Data Analyst, you’ll: Gather and analyse data : Extract insights from large and complex datasets, turning them into actionable recommendations for decision-making across the organisation.
Create dashboards and reports : Develop visual tools and presentations to make data accessible and impactful for all stakeholders.
Collaborate with key departments : Partner with Strategy, Products, and Marketing to identify new business opportunities, track campaign performance, and optimise ROI.
Support financial planning : Provide insights into budget allocation, P&L tracking, and other financial metrics, helping CCS achieve its £10 million revenue goal.
Enhance operational efficiency : Identify trends, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement across operations and service delivery.
Contribute to People & Culture initiatives : Analyse workforce data to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance management systems.
Drive data innovation : Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending and implementing advanced analytical tools and techniques to keep CCS at the forefront of data-driven decision-making.

What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (essential); Master’s or certifications (a bonus).
Proven experience in data analysis and visualisation (think Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
A proactive and analytical mindset with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
