As an M365 Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 cloud services. Your role involves ensuring the seamless operation of M365 applications, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and providing support for enterprise-level cloud solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint. Your role will also involve building and implementing custom applications, automating workflows, and harnessing Power Platform to enhance business processes and improve user experience. You will be a beacon of knowledge for SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support our citizen developers and empower our wider workforce with Power Platform adoption. You will work with business area leads to understand their needs and communicate the benefits of replacing manual systems, with modern alternatives such as reducing risk, improving efficiency, and having better visibility of internally developed solutions.,
* M365 Administration: Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of these services.
* Designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom applications and workflows that leverage the Power Platform.
* Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security measures to protect M365 environments. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* User Support and Training: Provide technical support to end-users and conduct training sessions to enhance their understanding and usage of M365 services.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 services with other enterprise applications. Participate in meetings and provide updates on the status of ongoing projects.
* Automation and Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
Proven experience in managing Microsoft 365 services and Azure cloud infrastructure.
* Strong knowledge of M365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
* Knowledge of Power apps, power automate and Sharepoint.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
* Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
* Familiarity with security and compliance standards for cloud services.
* Knowledge of networking and identity management in a cloud environment.
