We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join a local authority in their Children's team.

About the team
This role enquires managing a caseload of up to 8 children and young people with complex and challenging needs. You will work alongside the team manager to provide supervision to trainees and newly qualified social workers.
About the role
You will need a degree in Social Work and to be registered with Social Care Wales. Previous experience in Children's Social Work is essential, a background in front-line services would be ideal such as Child Protection, Children in Need or Looked After Children. It is essential you have a full driving license, or have the ability to travel around the County, and a comprehensive working knowledge of relevant legislation and child safeguarding procedures.
