The on call rota is currently 1 weekend in 4, paid at £25.00 per job, and the engineers are averaging around 40 call outs per weekend at the moment. Call outs are on weekends only, not Monday Friday. There can be opportunities to do more than 1 weekend in 4, and its not mandatory to be on the rota. Its reasonable to assume that if someone is on the rota, they can easily earn an additional £15k PA in call outs alone.
