Care Worker Position - Specialist Services Team
We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Southend area.
Responsibilities include providing care and support to clients with a range of needs, such as:
1. Tetraplegia
2. Cerebral Palsy
3. Epilepsy
4. Feeding assistance
5. Bowel Management
6. Personal Care
7. Medication Management
Shift patterns:
* 2.15pm to 9pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
* 9am to 9pm on Tuesday and Thursday
* 9am to 9pm on weekends
We have new clients to support regularly, so if you're seeking consistent work, either days or nights in the Southend area, and are flexible to work some weekends, please apply.
We provide comprehensive clinical training and an induction programme overseen by professional nurses to ensure you develop the skills and confidence needed for your role.
Ideal candidates will have excellent people skills, be great communicators, and be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
