Salary: Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Schedule: 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends.
Note: A DBS Will Be Required For This Role.
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join our Eurest team at Eurostar based in London. Services include: Breakfast, Lunch, Vending, Hospitality, Retail and Coffee Shop.
Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
* Adhere to all client and company Health & Safety policies and procedures at all times
* Ensure all displays, counters and seating areas comply with company and statutory health and hygiene requirements
* Complete, maintain and update all Food Safety and Health & Safety paperwork
* Manage and drive the completion of all compulsory training with all team members
* Advocate the delivery of all company and unit profit protection procedures
* Conduct and monitor all stocktaking procedures ensuring minimal risk of waste
* Proactively upsell and demonstrate an excellent knowledge of products provided to customers and clients
* Take responsibility for all monies within the business whilst on shift ensuring all Profit Protection Procedures and relevant paperwork are adhered to at all times
* Investigate health and safety issues
* Oversee the preparation and production of food to the brand standard
* Ensure company marketing material is up to date and relevant to company standards
* Analyse and effectively manage all in-unit costs
* Monitor and manage GP
* Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
About You:
* Experience in a similar role, ideally contract catering
* Experience in a high-volume food delivery site
* Financial acumen with experience of stock control and budget reporting
