We are now looking for an HR Business Partner to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role
As an HR Business Partner for Solace, you will provide expert HR advice and coach Managers and Heads of Department to drive our goals and address people-related matters.
Fostering strong relationships with your partnered areas, you will tailor support to their needs while engaging leaders of the business to manage formal and informal employee relations cases to successful outcomes.
Leading on recruitment strategies, you will ensure effective advertising, branding and system utilisation, as well as overseeing significant changes such as restructures and TUPE transfers.
Coaching and mentoring on employee relations, policy updates and manager training, you will ensure all practices adhere to legal standards and best practices.
Additionally, you will:
- Manage, develop and lead HR Co-ordinators
- Conduct trend analysis on employee relations cases and implement proactive solutions
- Deliver bite-size training sessions for managers on HR topics
- Analyse HR KPIs and staff survey plans to drive change, leadership behaviours and mindset
- Site visibility as and when required
About You
To be considered as an HR Business Partner, you will need:
- Experience working in a business partnering framework, with a track record of resolving key people issues through coaching, mentoring and guidance to managers
- Experience successfully leading, driving and resolving a wide range of complex ER issues
- Experience advising during formal meetings, including investigations, disciplinary hearings, grievances and appeal procedures
- Experience working with senior managers to deliver organisational change and implement projects of strategic importance
- Experience leading and developing staff and setting objectives to drive the successful delivery of the HR and Business plan
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and policy development
- To be a fully qualified member of CIPD or have equivalent experience of HR issues
