We're seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de-Partie to join our team at Klarent Hospitality.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the production of food items in accordance with instructions from the Sous Chef and/or the Head Chef.
* Be knowledgeable of the day's business and aware of any events that may impact it.
* Prepare dishes in a timely fashion and ensure they meet presentation standards.
* Avoid unnecessary wastage and act in a cost-effective manner.
* Ensure excellent food hygiene practices are observed throughout the food chain.
* Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines and report any issues as necessary.
* Assist in the training and development of junior members of the kitchen team.
