About The Role
We are now recruiting for a Workforce Planning Coordinator on a 6 months secondment. This is a full-time role 37.5 hours/week.
This role is integral to the co-ordination and scheduling of our workforce resourcing within our service, supporting the Workforce Planning Manager and the wider Workforce Planning teams to ensure our resourcing schedules achieve both budgetary alignment and performance KPIs in line with the needs of the service.
Yearly salary: £27,900
Duties and Responsibilities
* To support the Workforce Planning Manager in producing schedules that achieve business goals, with support and direction from the Workforce Planning Manager.
* Maintenance of staff information in workforce planning systems.
* Responding to staff communications and requests in a timely manner.
* To record staff annual leave, to provide reports that help managers ensure staff leave allocations are taken.
* Ensure all working patterns comply with employment legislation, including break times and length between shift times.
* To distribute shift rosters in a timely fashion to regional managers and their teams.
* Ensure all new recruit and leaver information is recorded accurately in systems.
* To highlight immediately any complex issue or concern that could potentially cause detriment to the company’s performance, reputation, commercial or financial stability.
What you'll be doing
What you will need:
* Able to work in an office environment with computer and telephony equipment.
* Able to travel to other Care UK sites where required.
* Experience in a customer or patient-facing role.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
* A good level of written and verbal communication.
* Able to build good working relationships with people from various backgrounds.
