Now, they’re looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on CRM expert to take their customer experience to the next level.
As their CRM Manager, you’ll lead the way on keeping their customers engaged and happy. From mapping journeys and rolling out smart communication, this role covers it all. You’ll work closely with teams across the business, bringing ideas to life and making sure every message hits the mark. It’s a fast-moving, hands-on role, perfect for someone who loves a challenge and thrives in a 4-day week.
What will you be working on?
Campaigns & Strategy – Planning and running CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app), creating personalised customer journeys.
Data and Optimisation – Using segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to improve engagement and retention.
Reporting and Analysis and – Tracking performance, develop testing roadmaps, and sharing insights with leadership.
