The successful candidate will have a diverse role with a carefully managed workload and the right support to deliver to the best of their ability. As a Quality and Contract Monitoring Officer you will work alongside Quality Assurance Officers to ensure that commissioned services are safe, cost effective, good quality and lead to the desired outcomes for the people they support. You will develop an understanding of the contractual and quality standards that are expected of commissioned services and of the market in which they operate. A key part of the role will be to develop positive working relationships with stakeholders including health providers and commissioners, housing and private, independent, community and voluntary providers to ensure that quality and best value is achieved in all areas.
