Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

Key Responsibilities:
* New Business Development: Targeting both new clients and account retention
* Account Growth: Identifying cross/upsell opportunities within existing client base
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business
* Work alongside pre-sales engineers for complex infrastructure upgrades (on-site and cloud solutions)
* Provide quotations and project advice to clients based on their needs
* Negotiate with suppliers to maintain healthy margins and meet sales targets
* Attend face-to-face meetings with clients when appropriate
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT sales (from an IT reseller or MSP background)
* Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets
* A strong drive to succeed and an interest in IT and technology
* Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills
* Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
* Based within a commutable distance of Oxfordshire
