The Growth Company Business Finance Team (GCBF) are looking for a dynamic, engaging individual to act as first point of contact for all Start-up Loan (SUL) applicants. The right candidate must be confident and able to communicate effectively to a wide range of entrepreneurs, as well as being empathetic and understanding of the barriers that start-ups face.

* Ensure all potential clients comply with the project eligibility criteria by ensuring that initial eligibility checks, prior to formal assessment and action planning are carried out and recorded.
* Following the initial conversation, clients will be referred and introduced to appropriate internal/external services identified as appropriate, and this will be recorded on the CRM system.
* Undertake outbound campaigns as required/instructed, including warm and cold calls to potential customers across the region to promote and introduce GCBF services and to make qualified referrals internally and externally.
* Recording daily, weekly, and monthly performance on team performance trackers to feed into 121 KITs, training needs analysis, and ongoing team training and development.
