As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible in fostering strong relationships with our key customers in the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, serving as their main point of contact. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling ManageEngine solutions. Responsible for the target/sales numbers & meeting core metrics and KPIs as set by your manager. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns, providing timely support, and coordinating with internal teams. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to offer relevant and innovative solutions to clients. Research and document: Keeping contact information update in CRM. Utilize CRM to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are forecast accurately Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts management. Cross-functional collaboration across internal teams. Requirements Experience: Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the IT software industry. Strong understanding of IT management software and solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
